White-opal, black and grey create a nine-piece grayscale panel. The black middle row blocks more light than the pale top row; use the contrast deliberately when choosing where to display it.
Frequently asked questions
Will the black band let light through?
That depends on the glass you buy. Many black art glasses appear opaque at this thickness. The preview uses a solid dark band; compare an actual sample in daylight if you want transmitted light.
