Pattern downloads

When you request a library pattern, we ask for your first name and email. We save those details with the page you requested and the site name in Supabase before starting the download. Supabase processes this data on our behalf. We do not ask for payment details for free pattern downloads.

Optional marketing

The marketing checkbox is optional and is not selected by default. You can download a free pattern without opting into marketing. If you check the box, we record your choice, the time and the version of the consent wording. This prepares your preference for future pattern updates, tips and offers. Marketing messages are not sent by the current site. You can request removal using our email preferences page. Requests are handled manually by email. Any future marketing email must include this removal route before sending begins.

Images and making tools

Images you load into the palette, photo-pattern and resizer tools are processed on your device and are not uploaded by those tools. Tool-generated files are created in your browser. Closing or reloading the page clears the working image.

Site measurement

Google Analytics records page views and site-use events such as tool use and downloads on the published site. The signup form does not send your name or email in analytics events.

Your information

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion or a change to your marketing preference. Download files can still be retained on your own device after your signup is deleted. We do not sell your signup details.

Who handles your information

Glass & Mosaic is the operator responsible for signup information collected at glassandmosaic.com. Contact [email protected] about this policy or your information.

Keeping and removing your information

We keep signup information for download administration and any marketing preference you choose, unless you ask us to remove it. We do not currently use an automatic expiry period. To stop marketing, send a request with the subject Remove me from marketing list. To request deletion of your signup information, use Delete my personal information. Send requests from the address you signed up with; we may need to confirm the address before acting.

Use the prepared links on our email preferences page. These open your email app; you must send the message. Requests are handled manually, rather than automatically when you click a link. Withdrawing marketing consent does not require deleting files already downloaded to your device.
